Try clearing app cache:
Phone settings -> all apps -> find REC game app -> storage and cache -> clear cache
🚫DO NOT CLICK "CLEAR STORAGE" AS THIS WILL DELETE YOUR SAVE DATA🚫
That should do the trick,
