A charming story about a small child going to bed that made me reminisce about my own childhood staying with my grandparents.
Despite the game not being finished I enjoyed the "world" you have created here. It's charming, suitably childish and gave me many reasons to smile throughout.
And having many choices while bringing the time pressure fitted nicely here. Though I would say that from the player perspective sometimes it felt too much to go through: when you have 10 choices, and half of them you don't even need to - e.g. as they are about going to other rooms when you came to explore a certain one - it feels a bit overwhelming.
Still, I hope you'll have time to finish it after the game jam, would be curious to see how this will all end!
Enjoyed this surprisingly much! Started off thinking this would not be my cup of tea, but the perspective is executed really well. I think some parts of the game could lean into it a bit more (for example the movement between rooms felt very mechanical compared to the storytelling itself) and would have enjoyed to talk to more appliances around the house. Obviously the game isn’t finished yet, so take those comments with a grain of salt; what’s there already is very whimsical and promising :)

Took me a few steps to get into it, but this is such a lovely perspective (the child!). It's a very whimsical world with just the smallest touch of melancholy. Seemed like it's headed for some scarier times, but I hope it keeps that child-like wonder.
Thank you! It was surprisingly liberating to write a character like this; sometimes simple and straightforward, sometimes exaggerated and full of wonder.
