Strange, it reads as if at least one build of the game should be available for testing it out, yet the downloads here on Itch are locked behind a timed counter that is currently saying 'Will be available in 18 days'. Is that working as intended?
It should be fixed now. Sorry about that, I have no idea what I have done to make it happen @_@. But it can be downloaded now. Thanks for the input!
