Hello!
You need to hover your cursor over the South Isle where the Crimson Count's name is located. It should light up and you can select the location from there. If it's not working, you can turn off the interactive map in Settings. Refresh the page and you should have a list of possible locations to select from below the map (if you're playing on mobile or a tablet, it's recommended to turn off the interactive map anyway).
