EDIT: I should've mentioned that I thought that the background animation was too fast, in my opinion.

I dunno, I feel like in this case, the background's moving a little too fast...
It's nothing serious, but it's slightly annoying.
bud, every fruitbox mod have moving backgroud or animations (you might need to go play official fruitbox mods to know it's have moving background)
I said that the background was moving too fast, not that it was just moving! The speed's the issue, not the fact that the background is animated.
doesn't matter, all the fruitbox mods won't have setting to turn off the moving bg, so you have to deal with it buddy
