Does the Media's INLAND EMPIRE "moves and instincts" only reveal the sections labelled as such, or does "moves" include Special Abilities like the Worm's DATA CRAWLER or Necromancer's RAISE THE DEAD? Thank you!
As written, it's just moves and instincts - but if you felt like there's good cause to reveal a special ability through the use of Inland Empire, go for it!
