There actually is, or was I should say, as the translation process was halted by the dev, so he can focus on development and will reopen translating when the game is nearing it's finished state.
As you can see on our Wiki page, there were volunteers already translating the game into 21 languages.
Until then, you'll have to play in English or wait.
