Unfortunately, the problem is that the Steam versions of those other DLCs are not compatible with the Android version of the game. You'd have to get those from itch.io, which would compatible versions. Sorry about that, and that you're having price hike troubles! Probably the simplest method would be to just play them on Steam, so you don't have to buy the DLCs a second time. Thank you so much for playing either way!
