I think they mean there's not a description or even a photo.
this is from a game jam. You don't have to add any details to the page, but you need to upload in time. We took all the time to make the game and then set up the page properly on the next day or days. We always do it the same way for game jam.
Also, please note that this is a false security. Just because someone adds screenshots or a cover art the exe file does not become safer.
