I think you may have uploaded the wrong file, and it can't run. With Unity you need the whole folder not just the application
Is there a way to fix it post submission?
Well you should be able to in the settings for the Itch page, but I don't know if that's against the rules or not. There is a link to Ducky Dev's discord server on the main jam page, you might be able to get an answer there
