In order for apps to not request permissions, they have to be notorized.

Notorization requires 2 things:

  • You need a Mac computer with apple dev tools installed (we don’t have it).
  • You need an Apple Dev ID, which costs 99$ a year (we don’t have it).

That is why the application requires permissions, because we can’t sign it officially so we are releasing it without notorization.

If you distrust the game, you have the option to run it on a sandbox environment, a virtual machine or not running it at all. Stay safe out there :).
