I'd recommend subscribestar instead. Patreon is very hostile to adult content. Not to mention that you can put all updates in a collection and sell that collection(with all updates).
I've heard reports of people getting shadowbanned on subscriberstar for including adult content, over on bluesky there's active resentment toward SS. But probably if we end up setting up a subscription model, we will also look into SS.
