Yeah that really limits the pool of people who can rate submissions, you would think it be better to have more people be able to rate all the games. Thanks for the info though, much appreciated!
No problem! Yeah, I’m really hoping it’s changed. It’s discouraged me pretty severely. But, I’ll just focus on leaving comments for now.
