Hey there, this game is great in terms of concept. However, there are some flaws that have weighed down the overall experience.

1) Whenever I reset upon death, I can't move at all. The only way that I could move the player character was if I closed and reopened the game.

2) I noticed some Z-fighting with the walls whenever I turned my character. Not sure if it's due to the procedural generation or not but it was really distracting.

3) While I'm on the topic of procedural generation, at one point I respawned in an area surrounded by four walls and I couldn't leave even though I restarted the run many times.

4) Ok so enemy damage. I wish I could keep track on the amount of damage I was doing to an enemy besides having to look at the text box and forgetting about it later. Maybe add a health bar to the enemy's body parts so players can keep track of it?

But that's about it in terms of feedback. A first-person Fear and Hunger game is a great concept. You have all the mechanics in the game there's just some minor bugs to iron out. Thanks for letting me play it though. Can't wait to see what you come up with next!

(1 edit)

Thank you a lot for such detailed feedback, Ill be fixing major bugs in upcoming days especially related to procedural generation and movement, Ill try to come up with something to track enemy damage too, unfortunately I created combat at the last moment and didnt had time to test it, if you have any good examples or suggestions I would be happy to hear.
