Bug report:

Healing the player character's HP or MP feels like it is heavily scaled downward after the player character gets the final suit, requiring many more spells or items to get comparable healing to other characters in the party.

You might want to check Quinn for a possible similar bug after she gets her final suit as well.

I tested this briefly and I don't think that's the case. Many healing skills are % based and for example Noel's heals scale off of his magic and healing rate.

However, I did find a bug with the Stonewall shield. Instead of giving +25% healing, it actually cuts it to 25% >_<
