Forum post stuck in approval limbo

My forum post entered some kind of moderation queue(even staff seem confused about who handles this queue) and still hasn't been approved.

It's been 14 days since I received an automated response to my email regarding the issue, and I have received no news since then.

If I just wait, will nothing happen, or will support eventually sort this out? If it's a matter of waiting, how long will it likely take? Otherwise, what can I do to get the problem solved?

Sorry if this post is not appropriate. I found the rules confusing.

My ticket number is 310751.

...Which forum exactly? ...How do you know staff is "confused" about it if you didn't receive a reply yet? I normally handle the moderation queue for the main community; maybe I dismissed your post by mistake. Not sure if that leaves an audit trail.

I'll let our admins know, but please see the rules of this category, where it says not to ask that exact question.

My post is in a game's community forum. This is the thread I tried to post in: x

I've read a post from staff replying to someone else who had a similar issue. The staff member claimed that whoever owns the community is the one that handles approval, but that doesn't seem to be the case. Who is it that handles posts in game forums?

My question was not only about how long it would take, but if it would happen at all. If it was just about waiting, I wouldn't make a topic.

Thank you.

A game's community is moderated by its creator. That extends to the approval of pending posts. I just checked again with one of mine; the tab is right there. See if you can reach the game's creator through other means and let them know.

Ok, thanks again.
