Will there be any new content in the future or is the game finished
pretty sure they're still adding content to the game
Based on "Backported one fix" phrase, the devs definitely has a next version, because "backport" literally means "copy from one version to the previous one". And it doesn't make sense to have a new version with just bug fixes.

They told they will add new features in their discord server. Not sure when, but they told us about it.
I heard sometime in december from someone but I might be wrong
I live in a country where the discord is banned so I can barely enter my account and take a peek at the announcements sometimes.
