Another Iris to ID game!!! I'm so happy to see another spooktober entry by the team and lo and behold, the writing and art are both fire!!! It got me immersed into the story so quick and I'm really just in love with the lore building, the world, and the characters so far! The idea that we're playing as a daemon and the first narration comes from a human girl who's distrustful of them (for good reasons I think) creates a whole dilemma of morality. Yet even still, not everything in this game is as easily decided as black and white, and that works really well for this gameplay where we have to pretty much judge these characters!
Aside from that, the visuals are amazing, the soundtrack is an absolute BANGER, and I'm addicted to the gameplay. I'm a sucker for games like these and you guys did an amazing job nailing it and bringing it to live!
However, as much as I loved it, I also have a few issues with it. It's mostly issues that I think is caused by the tight time limit, but I still want to bring it up because I'm REALLY anticipating the game's next build!!!
While the UI looks very sleek, modern, and appealing, I think there are way too many moving parts in it that it makes the menu pretty tough to navigate. I think the slider button is subtle and doesn't contrast the bar enough, so it took me a few seconds to register where I'm at in the bar.
[spoilers for Noemie from here on out, spaced out in case someone wants to go in blind!]
I also picked Noemie first (um, probably a bad idea since she's good at talking... but we ball), and I don't think I can proceed with her judgement? I got to the last part and it throws me back to Rais' verdict part (this is me going down the "look at her record and dig into her past" route).

When I went the other way (pleasing Noemie and giving her what she wants. I think I failed at this interrogation), it takes me back to her last interrogation scene.

Picking the dialogue options in her last lock chain also brings up this error

I've only gone down Noemie's case so far. I may be back if I encounter more from the other cases.
But despite that, I still really really love this game and the potential behind it! It's still VERY impressive , charming, and I'm just in awe with every aspect of the game! I can tell a lot of passion, ambition, and love is poured into the project from all parties involved and it definitely shows! I'm super duper excited and will definitely be keeping a close eye on God's Specimen Box! Thank you so much for all your hardwork and I hope the team has a good, well-deserved rest after the development period!
Edit: Adding in my specs! I'm on Windows 11, 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-12700H (2.30 GHz), 16 GB RAM. I hope this helps and lmk if I can provide more info that can help with bug fixing!
