I appreciate you giving it a fair shot, friend. This was indeed quite the crunch with my full-time job. By the end of it I was just glad to be able to submit SOMETHING. I do feel bad about the the state of hitboxes and general level "design" though..
I am in the same situation. If this matters to you, keep working on this for a couple of minutes every day. You have something amazing waiting to happen! And if it doesn’t matter, release it and move on. I feel that if you don’t have professional experience as a game dev, this is a great result to hope for. To make and submit something playable.
