I really want to help but I'm not sure what the issue could be. I use the font myself with no issue and I've redownloaded the files directly from itch to double check them and everything seems in order. I would first make sure that you're using the correct correlating keys "<" for melee, ">" for ranged, "*" for special trait. If they really aren't in there for you maybe try redownloading/reinstalling the font just in case. If there is anything I can do such as send the files to you directly please let me know!
