It works fine. I'm not sure what could be causing your issue, but trying a different browser might fix it.
Also, please explain what you mean by "available on site"
the exact message i get when checking the download history message is File wasn't avalbie on site, so i had to reconnect to my internet browser to fix it, not sure why this happened
