The only person who knows the answer to that question isn't communicating to us. The last update took two years to release, it's been one year since then. While I hope this project is continued at some point, I'm also not holding my breathe. Just follow the project and maybe you'll be surprised by an update one day. 

I don't pay so i can only say, the last pareon post was in january and the script for chapter 22. Make of that what you will.
