There's a bug on Day 25 when restarting the day can cause one of the Stat Rods to not be visible. This only occurs if you give you restart after giving the rod.
What version are you playing? I think I resolved this in recent updates.
I was on 4.5 download the latest version and confirmed it is fixed.
