First of all, sorry for the delayed response. I didn't notice it and only because I came to itch.io for another reason did I see it. Apologies.
I think that would be a good project, but only if you get full permission from all involved. Be careful about putting the Sinclair name on anything - you will need permission from BSkyB.
I am happy for you to include Orb Run - it's a stupid game that I only wrote in 2 days and probably doesn't deserve to be on such a project, but you're welcome to distribute it. However, it only works on a ZX Spectrum Next.
