We realized that we had misunderstood your question and mistakenly thought it was about another project (https://danmartin257.itch.io/phantasy-star-iii-generations-of-doom-rmmz), so the response was incorrect. To avoid confusion, we removed the comment but deleted the whole thing by mistake.
In response to your original question we aren't anywhere near finished with Dahlia Project.

Unfortunately - at this stage - i cannot even estimate a release date. We are still very much in the early stages of the project and we have been working for nearly 12 months. (With breaks due to IRL things)
All of our work on this project; we fit in around our personal lives and so its difficult predict our future output. In addition to this, we are learning as we go and that mean sometimes - sadly - we spend a lot of hours and make little progress.
That said, we are progressing and were very proud of what we have so far.
