I'm not sure if that can be changed on android. That black bar comes with every Renpy game on android. It's the dialogue box, a feature not a bug.
The issue is that the dialogue box UI can’t be changed when switching from classic to black transparent, etc., it still stays the same unfortunately. It’s not a big deal, I just wanted to let you know!
