1. Save data is stored in your Appdata folder, so it should transfer between updates just fine.
2. Have you looked at the Controls menu yet?
3. That's honestly not a bad idea, although this is what the Calorie Keys are for, being able to unlock content without getting achievements.
4. Giving Shifting Sugar all of the other characters' unique cakes would defeat their uniqueness, and the decisions related to her character were deliberate.
5. That's a cute idea, though we already have a similar idea planned for a future update...~

3. Even with the calorie keys, if someone is disabled in such a way that they are incapable of being good at the game, it's possible that they'll never reach the first one at stage 16. Even then, it would still probably be very rare for them
