Yes, save files are compatible across platforms, but the version number must be the same. In some cases, saves from previous versions of the game may work in a newer version.
I tried it and it seems to have worked correctly, i got a ton of save tho so i can't check each one, just tried the last one and while i did get a warning i was in a event (i think it was celica being possesed by nel event in the morning) after i clicked load anyway it went smoothly
