But here's the thing: I'd have way more fun turning a bunch of dilapidated old buildings into a thriving farm rather than starting with one that's already good to go. ok. it's a best replica of real life location, it's pretty easy to sell off all the sheds and start from scratch, if i put down shabby old buildings not fit for use i could have 90% knocking on the door complaining the farms buildings are no good. i get enough stick without giving them a loaded gun and bullets included :)
