The 0.7 should be released this week. It adds various way to customize Hotscreen, mods support... and many small features/bug fixes requested by the community.
Guys, it's coming soon™, PerfectFox is probably polishing the hell out of the new version, fixing the last few kinks, the new version will be well worth the wait :)
