There's no relationship for other girls, only for Yuna currently.
As for how to find Alice, you gotta have the 0.3.3 paid version first, so either subscribe or wait for ~2 weeks for it to become public.

Edit: I've now understood where your question is coming from, in changelog for 0.3.2.1 or sth, you read that there's "relationship 80 event Alice ... Sth sth" - let's break it down:
- relationship 80 refers to an event unlocked when relationship with Yuna reaches 80 points (8/10 hearts) and can be seen during the running session with her (rng dependent)
- Alice is a side character, who is first introduced as a bystander during the rel 80 event occurrence
- what dev meant was that he changed the dialog and her sprite when that event happens
That's it for her currently, there's nothing more in the public build, so my initial response stays unchanged - either subscribe to get the paid build or wait for the public release, but even in paid one, there's still no relationship with her whatsoever, you can only find her more often.
