This save you shared is for 0.6.13, not 0.6.14. Are you sure you downloaded the latest version?
You're right, my apologies. I have several versions of your game, and I was actually using 0.613. One thing I'd like to point out is that when opening your game, it should possibly redirect to your game's Steam page, but the only message I get is related to a lack of license, with no mention that your game is already listed on Steam.
