I think all adult games are still unlisted through the app, but if you downloaded the game already, it should be in your itch account library and you can access the game’s page from there.

The client app seems to have many issued these days so I might need to bring it up to itch staff soon.

No, this game is listed again in the app. The only adult games that are still unlisted are those that have a price or PWYW.

Solved! Had to tick in the box "Show content marked as adult in search & browse" in the Edit Profile, AND restart the itch client. Now I see it and could install it, it is visible in the itch client library! :)
