I've followed the hints in the hallway but on weekend two I'm missing some of the options when discussing vasily with ogata. Does this I also messed up something with dialogue with vasily prior?
It's very possible. I would follow the hint sheet for Vasily as well and see if there is something you are saying that is upsetting him or closing off his dialog. It can be hard to get both of them (Vasily and Ogata) to be happy with you since you can insult them to the other one during several dialog options, and sometimes those dialog options are the best ways to get their romance score up.
