read the top of that page. the mod loader only works for pljugin based mods, overhaul mods are compatible with the mod loader, some might give you trouble if u try to mix too many, just follow their instructions

I have one more issue, I'm trying to make your mod loader work with this mod https://www.nexusmods.com/fearandhunger2termina/mods/154 which adds an intro video after the 'happy paintings' logo, the issue ofc is that your modloader seems to replace this screen entirely. so I am wondering if there is any possible tweak to make it compatible?
If It is incompatible then maybe I'd be better off uninstalling the modloader and trying to find a way to add the .json files manually without the menu screen?
I joined the discord and can discuss the issue there if that would be better?
