This is exactly what just happened to me, too. The score wasn't increasing at all, so I came here to see if anybody else had had the same issue. I saw your reply here and tried resetting, and it worked fine after that.
that's good to hear, I tried to pin down the bug that's causing it but it has eluded me so far.
