I had someone else generating zero score and they said clicking reset seemed to fix it... I'm going to look into why that may be but maybe it can get you going in the meantime. Sorry.
This is exactly what just happened to me, too. The score wasn't increasing at all, so I came here to see if anybody else had had the same issue. I saw your reply here and tried resetting, and it worked fine after that.
