I've already solved the puzzle like 3 times and it only unlocked the one of the other girl who possesses you, not the gothic girl.
Hm, both are suppose to unlock at the same time. Will look into this. You can always edit your save file or use the code to unlock everything. After you pick the Soul Cage in their bedroom in the manor, both should unlock automatically.
