Yo thanks for the second review🔥

1. maybe I'll make the sunflower seed packets refresh instantly or something, but normally I wouldn't do that just for additional difficulty

2. adding key binds tend to break my games (look at battle cats remake and bloons but ur the bloon 2D) and would be harder to implement in levels where you can choose your seeds. however I might add a key bind for the speed up.

3. I assume you meant adding a prep timer to show when the bloons are spawning, I might actually add that one.

4. I added the snapping mechanic to prevent you from shoveling multiple plants at once, maybe I'll look into it to see if I can get around this issue.

5. that's a weird bug, what level did this happen in? (sometimes bugs can only occur in specific levels)

(4 edits)

I think it was either level 4 or 5.

Also some other things I forgot to mention is that cherry bomb, potato mine, and pineapple bomb could use a buff like a bigger explosion size. Everytime I try to use a insta plant it sometimes doesn't hit certain things even though it was in the explosion range. Ex potato mine detonates from a fast enemy after the bloons break through a wallnut but the other slower enemies dont die behind it.

It would be nice to have some more options in the pvp mode since 3 plants and bloons only feels restricting and hard to try out different strategy's. Level 2 is just way to hard with the first enemy being the newspaper zombie, the amount of gaves and rng for graves, and the first wave having a bunch of coneheads and lead bloons is to much to handle.

Also id be nice to see what enemies would spawn in a level to.

These are things I discovered after playing more

alright I'll see if I can fix that bug. And in terms of the cherry bomb, maybe I'll extend the hitbox towards the back if possible. extending potato mine's hitbox wouldn't really fix the fast bloon issue that much, and also this makes sense since the fast bloons typically take one for the team by rushing forward. duel mode was made like this since you only have to defend 2 lanes from each side, so you don't really need that many seed slots. Night 2 is kinda like a shyguymask newspaper introduction, but dealing with him is easy if you have a wall-nut prepared, I don't remember the first flag being that bad since one cherry bomb gets the job done, but I'll have a second look. and finally since I can't fit the bloon preview in the seed selection menu, I'm thinking to add a text in the level select menu that tells you what bloons are appearing when you hover over the level buttons
