Hello! The answer is pretty simple. If the game needs no more updates, then I just download it since there won't be any new content. I hate it when I finish the game only to realize there will be 5 more patches with different endings, characters, music etc. If the creator is not sure about the answer or simply replies "No, it's not finished" then I wait until the final patch comes out and the game is not in the development anymore!
