Is there a difference between this and Sunken Veil? I'm a bit confused.

The Sunken Veil team has told me they were going to go their own way and make their own game. However, due to me being banned from their server, what I've seen this morning on their store page is my first impression of their game. I don't know what's happening, but what they have of the game so far seems to be intentionally copied from my work.
