I'm playing on desktop PC and can't change world generation, NPCs, or fetishes when making a new game either.
Hey! Ah I got confused, some sections are currently disabled. but will be coming soon. First will probably being selecting how NPCs spawn in, what genders, sizes, mutations etc.
