Saw this played live on Jamlytics stream. Fun looking game with a lot of juicy effects!
The audio design is also great. Music is very fun to listen to and the sfx is nicely done.
On the gameplay side, I think the main thing I have is that the game feels a bit too easy overall. I think just constantly moving around makes it so that there's not many enemies surrounding you so you can pick them off one by one pretty easily. It doesn't seem to have upgrades either, which makes the gameplay less exciting for these types of games.
Another big thing that a lot of other commenters have said is the theme integration. I did hear a lot about how the theme is integrated in the background things on the stream, but I think there's not much of the theme that is noticeable to the player, so that's a bit of a miss.
Overall, fun juicy game. Would love to have seen more polish on the gameplay and more theme integration.
