We have already purchased the corresponding bundling package, why have we not received a response?

Hey! Sorry I believe last time you bought the bundle a day or so before a new pack was released and I said I'd send you the new pack because you had just bought the bundle. Unfortunately I can't send you every new pack as it expands monthly, that would just be a horrible plan financially ☹️ sorry if I was unclear the last time!

Oh, well, I really enjoy and would love to have a collection of all your content. Will there be a way to purchase it all at once in the future? However, I don't want to make repeated purchases for content that has already been acquired. Do you understand what I mean?

The best way is to purchase the bundle (which you did), that will have everything currently released to that date and then if you want new/future the best option would be subbing to Patreon 😀
