To wake her up basically do anything you'd do in order to get the "game over" - fill the wakefulness icon "Z" up.
Make sure you don't have " no-wakeup" cheat enabled.

I'm not sure, what's the problem, that is Fullscreen, also the tip in the top right corner is for PC platform, but since dev exports the same files to PC and Android, both versions are exactly the same, he has plans to separate PC and Android builds or at least make some tweaks so it's a little different on Android, but the scale is as is and you cannot change it in any other way.
