Pretty out there but surprisingly fitting for the theme. xD
While the absurd settings was very entertaining in it of itself the gameplay could use some more spice tough - it felt a bit too easy. Maybe you could add a health meter that decreases when you eat poo and forces you to dodge it at some point? I think the shrink/grow mechanic was also meant to discourage you from eating too much shit but it didn’t really seem to do anything in my playthrough.
