yeah, i know right? there's a lot of issues like that for me, as i proof-read stuff as a side job. its a little off-putting
I honestly read this alot and I don't do it for proofreading purposes. And that's the only glaringly obvious plothole that isn't either there purposefully or waiting to be resolved
