Which fish you get should be random, Magikarp has a 2/6 chance, the other four are 1/6.
If you aren't getting the one you want, it's probably just the RNG being a pain.
(secret technique: use the back arrow in Twine and you can re-roll the result until you get the one you want.
But don't tell anyone, it's a secret!)
