Some of the "special" controls are listed in the tutorial, but the basic ones common to all RPG Maker games aren't. Anyway, arrow keys for normal movement, SHIFT to run ESC to open/close the in-game menu, ENTER to interact/select. Q brings up the quest log, and W opens the spell menu. CTRL hides/unhides the textbox, W is used during dialogues to speed up the text.
I think this covers everything. Note that there are some extra buttons which have the same functions (for example, X is the same as using ESC).
