There is an issue with AMD GPUs and Vulkan render pipeline.Try updating your drivers, if that does not work, try downgrading them.
After this suggestion I found a solution and downgrading AMD drivers to 25.6.1 did solve the issue
i had the same problem, but it was caused by me not having drivers
